 v1.0 it's public domain( of course, you can not sell the engine or say that you are the engine creator  ;) ) And use it at your own risk, we do not have any responsabilites.

Expect v2.0 at November, we are not sure about the license yet...

 can you edit the licence and use it in comercial projects as long as you give you guys the credit for the bits you did make?

 Of course you can use it on commercial products. As the v2 use Newton for physics, you are required to show an splash screen with the Newton logo, and maybe the Haddd logo, we don't know yet...
