Nexxyo Labs, is an international company dedicated to the development of software using blockchain technology. We are looking for a UNITY LEAD PROGRAMMER to join our team, in our offices in Pamplona (Navarra) or work remotely.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lead to join one of our mobile projects: Blockchain Goblins.

Requisitos mínimos

5+ years of experience (in any language)
3+ years developing games using Unity
2+ years managing game development
Experience using Jira and Confluence
Experience working with Agile methodologies
Knowledge of Online Multiplayer games
Be able to work with remote teams
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
English Language - good conversation level is required as the team is growing internationally

Requisitos deseados

Spanish Language, not a must but always good to help with the local communication.
NFT or Blockchain knowledge.

Responsabilidades

Manage the Unity development team
Task estimations
Scope discussions
Priorities triage
Plan the game architecture and write TDDs
Help the producer to secure the project viability
Help the team to develop game mechanics, plugins and tools for the Unity engine.
Help the team to develop, modify and debug features according to the specifications agreed with design
Lead the development of the multiplayer system
Supervise and analyze the team’s code
