As a Web developer you will be instrumental in creating the first version of our product focused on creating our
social streaming service. You will work closely with our CTO, our Product Manager and our UX/UI expert. You will be part of a critical phase as we want to build and test the first version of our product during the first half of 2024. As our first web developer you will be part of the cornerstone team that will decide the core features of Mitico and you will be surrounded by experts on the sports, streaming and video game industries as all of them are active partners and completely involved in Mitico.

YOU WILL
? Develop user-friendly web-based UIs serving as the primary interface for Mitico users.
? Ensure seamless UI functionality across diverse end-user devices.
? Work closely with our Product, UX/UI Design team to convert designs and mockups into functional
production code.
? Innovate by developing new features, building reusable components, and maintaining comprehensive
documentation.
? Actively propose enhancements and novel features, working in concert with the broader development
team.
? Engage in team activities including cross-training, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
? Coordinate with fellow developers to establish timelines, identify dependencies, and highlight potential
project risks.
? Rapidly prototype concepts into tangible demos.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
? Proficiency in front-end web technologies (NodeJS, React, PHP/Laravel, HTML, CSS, etc.).
? Experience with SQL-based databases (MySQL or similar).
? Familiarity with web-based API technologies and frameworks (REST, SOAP, Websocket).
? Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle.
? Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on efficient, testable code.
? Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
? Strong team communication skills.
? Desirable: Knowledge of WebGL/WebVR technologies.
? Analytical skills to translate business needs into technical architecture.
? Self-motivated and eager to acquire new skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
? BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
? Minimum of 4 years in development roles.
? Experience with streaming video technologies for the web.
? Familiarity with web data presentation frameworks (e.g., D3).
? Skills in configuring and managing web servers (Apache, nginx).
? Fluency in English.
