EF Games is seeking a passionate Senior Producer to join our team.
In this position, you will be in charge of planning the development of an upcoming multiplayer PvP game, organizing the different teams within the studio, and allocating resources to ensure quality builds are delivered on time and within the budget.
You will use your extensive experience to help establish optimal production pipelines, follow-up development, and shape workflows.

This position is only for candidates based in the Madrid area, to work in a hybrid setting at our office in Madrid (3 days Office/ 2 days remote).

Minimum requirements
REQUIRED:
• At least 4 years of experience as a Producer, project manager, or similar role in game development
• Proven experience working on AA/AAA games.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of budget management and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in the usage of Production Software tools, especially in task management, dashboard creation, documentation, and automation.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a great team player.
• Capacity to produce graphs that help visualize the advancement of the project.
• Experience in shipping games for multiple platforms (consoles, PC).
Desired requirements
• Experience with external partner management (outsourcing, co-development).
• Familiarity with QA processes and supporting the quality assurance pipeline.
• Passion for video games and an understanding of current industry trends.
• Ability to mentor others in the department
Duties
In This Role, You Will:
• Translate objectives into feasible milestones.
• Help allocate resources to adapt to the necessities of game development.
• Design and document the task that will shape the different milestones of the project so that all the desired systems and content are properly delivered.
• Work hand-to-hand daily with developers, artists, and designers to ensure appropriate burnout rates are kept.
• Keep the proper communication channels with the Publisher to ensure both their and the Studio’s statuses are up-to-date.
• Help the developers adopt appropriate workflows.
• Design and define the pipelines that would help parallelize content production for the game systems and content.
• Establish the appropriate buffers so that the team can adapt to unforeseen circumstances in the market.
• Be responsible for designing bi-weekly sprints and ensuring the team’s work is properly represented in the Production software tools.
