MercurySteam, Spanish company focused on the development of multiplatform videogames with an international scope ("Scrapland", "Clive Barker's Jericho", "Castlevania: Lords of Shadow" saga, "Metroid: Samus Returns", "Spacelords"), looks for videogame development professionals for immediate incorporation in our offices located at San Sebastian de los Reyes (Madrid, Spain).

MercurySteam is currently looking for a Lead Game Designer to be incorporated into the design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong and demonstrated game design background, either as a Lead Game Designer or as an experienced Senior Game Designer on one or more finished game projects.

Requirements:
• To have at least 4 years working experience in game design.
• To have at least one finished and published project.
• Ability to conceptualize, prototype, iterate and balance features
• Strong design mentality and intuition for game mechanics and game flow
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with others
• Self-organized and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• To be fluent in Spanish and English
