GameScribes /BoomBox is looking for an experienced Recruiter.
GameScribes is a localization, QA, audio translation, and project management company with ten years of experience working on great games for even greater clients. BoomBox is a sister company which develops video games. GameScribes/ BoomBox is based in Santa Monica, CA with offices on the East Coast and Europe. We are a fast-growing business and is looking to find talent to add to our teams.
This position will be contracted during the duration in which it takes to find and fill all positions we are looking for. This Recruiter will be working remote an on recruitment for multiple business verticals. The right person for this role will advise on hiring requirements, source and review the candidate pipeline, and assist in hiring.
? Proven work experience as an internal recruiter, general recruiter, or similar role.
? 1+ years of experience as an in-house Recruiter.
? Degree in human resources, or related field or equivalent in years of experience.
? Experience in startup companies preferred.
? Strong knowledge of applicable sourcing techniques.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? An ability to operate at a quick pace.
? Draft and post job descriptions for various roles based on position type and Company's criteria.
? Screen and evaluate resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements for both technical and non-technical candidates (ie: Business Development, Sales, Project Managers, Creatives such as Artist, and Animators).
? Source candidates through various online channels experience with Indeed or Linkedin Recruiter is a plus.
? Source for candidates located in U.S (Los Angeles, Seattle, San Francisco, Durham, North Carolina,) and Europe (preferably using English job boards).
? Determine qualification criteria for each position.
? Conducting in person and video conference, or telephone interviews.
? Schedule candidates for phone, video conference and in-person interviews.
? Work with HR Manager to manage the on and off boarding process.
? Strong ability to understand business concepts.
? Detail oriented and able to adjust quickly to change.
? Responsible, self-sufficient, reliable, and strong work ethic.
15 € - 19 € per hour for a maximum of 20 hours per week.
Bonus 400 € for each candidate hire that stays with our company for 6 months.
