We’re looking for a Communications and Marketing expert to join our team. As a Communication and Marketing Manager you will work in defining and executing the overarching communication and marketing strategy needs for 2Awesome Studio projects.
2Awesome Studio is an independent game development studio and indie publisher whose mission is to add awesomeness to reality by developing video games with new and addictive mechanics and finding games that are equally awesome to publish. No matter the genre, platform, or IP, we bring great ideas to life. Our teams work, among other titles, on our new unannounced title, a 2D cyberpunk action platformer with a focus on combat and mobility, Aeon Drive, the Xbox version of Alba ( from ustwo games), and more…. for all major consoles and PC.

Requisitos mínimos
Are you great at PR, Marketing and Communication and have the following expertise?
* You are a communication expert with previous experience in the game industry;
* You are fluent with all the tools needed for the job: content creation, social media management and community management tools.
* You are passionate about what you do and you are willing to carry out your vision from definition to execution.
* Twitch, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, IMGUR, TikTok, are like your second home. You are in the know with new social tools and not afraid to jump into the next big thing.
* You have a results oriented approach and you value analyzing the numbers and outcome of campaigns and communication actions.
* You are fluent both speaking and writing in English and you are not afraid of jumping in front of a camera and talking to the world. * We are an international team and all the work is done in English language. Spanish language is considered a bonus.
Responsabilidades
* Define and lead the overarching communication and marketing strategy for 2Awesome Studio projects in collaboration with studio leads.
* Assisting project managers, producers and studio leads on multiple projects with regards to communication, PR and marketing.
* Helping manage relationships with journalists, content creators, players and key stakeholders (community management).
* Actively interface with platform holders in order to find cooperation possibilities to amplify 2Awesome Studio projects communication reach.
* Working closely with the 2Awesome Studio team to create and implement communication plans, schedules and calendars across PR, influencer marketing and social media.
* Creation of PR and communication materials including press releases, store metadata, social media posts and other types of content.
* Connecting with journalists, content creators, players and clients in the games industry, as well as doing research and maintaining 2Awesome Studio internal contact lists.
* Media/Influencer outreach, collection and analysis of coverage, reporting, organization of events, interviews and promotions.
* Video and streaming platforms management and content creation. Working with the rest of the team to moderate and create streams on Twitch, Youtube or other platforms.
* Organization and leadership of communication activities during events (digitally only until further notice).
* Playing and testing video games in order to understand and influence their design and strengths towards PR and marketing.
