We’re looking for a superstar Marketing Manager with a strong focus on user acquisition, ad campaign optimization, user growth, and retention. The successful candidate will oversee all marketing initiatives for Cash Live, whether that means performance marketing, influencer marketing, social media management, public relations, etc. You use your data analysis skills to measure the performance of various marketing campaigns to bring in new users and optimize the performance of all campaigns to yield the greatest ROAS. In addition to strong analysis skills, you have excellent communication skills, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
3+ years of experience in a high-scale, hands-on performance marketing role for mobile games or apps.
Experience launching and operating cross-channel user acquisition campaigns for mobile games or apps.
Experience in performance marketing, online advertising, media buying, influencer marketing, social media management, public relations, lead generation, ASO, SEO, etc.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
Strong understanding of ads metrics (CPI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV).
Knowledge of multiple aspects of the advertising industry including ad channels, mobile measurement partners, fraud dedetection/prevention, and A/B testing strategies for campaign and creatives optimization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical teams.
