Within just 2 years of incorporation, BCN Visuals have already been awarded the best out of home advert in the Promax Europe Awards in 2021 for their work with Disney and are on track to continue winning awards globally.

We are looking for a passionate, experienced Client Manager to join our team and take on the day to day management of several key clients. Ensuring long term, mutually beneficial partnerships and delivering nothing short of the best client, supplier experience.

Minimum requirements


To be eligible for this position, we ask for:

3+ years experience in project management and account management.
Experience working in the creative marketing and advertising industry.
Prior experience managing creative projects from conception to post delivery.
A track record of maintaining excellent client relationships and developing further opportunities to partner with the client.

Duties


Developing and maintaining partnerships with key senior stakeholders of your assigned clients.
Working closely with the client to understand their current and upcoming DOOH and creative requirements.
Receiving, clarifying and defining new DOOH advertising needs that the clients have.
Managing the client facing communications from start to end of a project. (Management of timelines and contracts, presentation of concepts, getting clients sign off at key milestones, final presentation of the project)
Being able to generate innovative, best in class ideas, in line with the clients requirements, to support the creative director.
Working with the client to find new opportunities for BCN Visuals to participate in.
Creating account plans in conjunction with the client to ensure a long term, mutually beneficial relationship.
