We are looking for an experienced animation / vfx line producer to join us and be the master strategist for production, being responsible for the timely delivery of key projects and for delivering nothing less than exceptional content that will inspire and amaze both our clients and the public.
We are looking for someone who:
Has 3+ years experience working as a line producer in the VFX or animation industry.
Can display a track record of delivering exceptional work, on time, and on budget.
Has extensive experience and knowledge of pre-production, production and post-production methods on 3D video content.
Will take ownership and accountability of projects, facing challenges head on and always finding solutions that are not just acceptable, but exceptional.
Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills which will enable him/her to interact with a range of personalities and styles and establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization
The line producers role will include:
The planning and execution of key projects, working closely with the production team, company management and the client managers.
Defining the actions, timelines and deliverables at each stage of the project.
The planning, scheduling and management of freelance staff when required.
Managing the project budgets and costs, ensuring maximum efficiency without a compromise in quality.
Providing regular, detailed updates on multiple projects to key stakeholders.
Help liaise with clients & other internal departments.
Provide risk assessment and measure production trends against your plan. Anticipate potential speed ups/slow downs in the schedule
