With an increasing number of users each month and an international development, Neopolis needs to stay tuned to any challenges the community encounters and onboard a new crowd of players.

We are looking for an English Speaking (Native or Fluent) Community Manager to implement an international content strategy and manage the community.

Responsabilidades

Mission #1: Content Creation and Management
Problem : Implement a winning content strategy to hook international players alongside our Community Lead

Assist our Community Lead interacting with our international community on social networks
Create fun and dynamic content
Use and track social networks for useful datas
New ideas are always welcomed!

Mission #2: Community Management & Support
Problem : Make sure we are ahead of challenges the community encounters

Animate our Discords servers
Animate our community of ambassadors and moderators
Respond to players in need of suggestions
Provide feedback to the team in order to improve the game

Missions #3: Activating Local Communities
Problem: How to scale Neopolis game while capitalizing on local communities

Help animate in-game events (liveops) adapted to one country/region
Organize physical events to take advantage of the local logic of a game
Manage various operations with our community lead to animate local communities
