We are looking for a QA Lead to coordinate, develop and execute automated and manual tests to ensure video game quality and performance expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a QA team and conducting tests before product launches to ensure video game runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective. Our ideal candidate is a great teamplayer, with great communication skills and ability to thrust development and meet deadlines.
We are based in Madrid and have the option of working at the studio and/or remotely.

Requisitos mínimos
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in QA testing and at least 1 managing a QA team.
Several video game titles released on various platforms.
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject is a plus.
High level of English.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
Good understanding of Agile processes, JIRA, and JIRA filters.
Ability to prioritize bugs.
Good technical knowledge of different platforms: Switch, PS, Xbox, PC.
Requisitos deseados
In-depth compliance knowledge of different platforms.
Experience working on games developed in Unreal Engine.
Experience with combat games.
Experience working with P4V and Teamcity.
Experience debugging issues with Visual Studio.
Experience and knowledge of development kits for different distribution platforms and their requirements and test cases.
Responsabilidades
Perform validation and exploratory development test coverage using different testing techniques on assigned projects.
Act as a positive role model for testers within the department.
Prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities for a group of QA testers.
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Maintain direct communication with different departments throughout the project.
Maintain strong knowledge of project design and scheduling changes to support QA test effectiveness, focus, and reporting.
