We at DECA Games are looking for a Game Designer to work on our portfolio of Casual games - Dragonvale, Zombie Catchers, Robbery Bob 1 and Robbery Bob 2. As a Game Designer at DECA, you will plan, design, iterate and improve the player experience in our games.
This role is a remote role, you can work from anywhere in the world in CET time zone (9 am - 6pm CET)
Minimum requirements
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of meaningful designer experience
- Experience within a F2P studio environment with teams of 5+ people
- Experience working on Casual F2P mobile games
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Desired requirements
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working on multiple F2P mobile genres
- Comfortable working closely with others team members working remotely from across the world
- Experience on subscriptions/battle passes
- Experience managing and developing other designers
Duties
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- Design and iterate on fun features for across a variety of F2P casual games
- Document all design decisions in a transparent and iterative manner
- Create and iterate on monetisation design for F2P games with both microtransactions and ads
- Make data informed decisions by keeping track of key metrics
- Coordinate with all game stakeholders and ensure the features you create gets shipped
- Assist LiveOps team with content decisions
- Assist UI/ UX Designers/ Artists in developing user interface elements and art assets
