We’re looking for a Senior Shader Artist to join our team in Madrid, Spain.
As a Senior Shader Artist, you’ll be responsible for developing new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and art quality along world creation. Our team works with UE5, so besides being able to quickly adapt to new technologies and engines, the position requires an extensive knowledge of this software, especially in regards to shader/material system, blueprints and optimizing integration and world building pipeline. For this role, you will need to be a problem solver, good team player and have intrigue and motivation for constantly learn and update your workflows.

Requisitos mínimos
• Proficiency creating complex shaders using UE5.
• Understanding of technical foundations behind visually stunning materials and runtime game systems in a PBR pipeline.
• Experience with widgets.
• Strong proactive team player who shares knowledge and support others.
Requisitos deseados
• Shipped AAA quality project on current or next generation consoles / PC.
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish.
• University degree or equivalent in Art.
Responsabilidades
• Provide expertise through prototyping technical solutions related to UI shader and widget creation in UE5.
• Prototype and work alongside Directors/Leads to develop efficient and effective environment art pipelines.
• Work with the UI department on best practices, tools and performance optimization.
• Assist the team in learning new technologies and workflows.
• Help with problem solving.
• Work close to Leads and Directors to generate stunning visuals respecting requirements for actual console / PC AAA games.
• Content integration and automation research on tasks that require more technical skills to achieve.
