We are looking for a Community Manager to join our talented team.

Minimum requirements

- A bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, social media or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year’s experience in community management, social media management or digital marketing
- Advanced knowledge of Discord.
- Experience of social media management and reporting tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Web3 knowledge.
- High level of English proficiency.

Desired requirements

- Two or more year’s experience in community management, social media management or digital marketing
- Ability to engage with the community and respond to their needs.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their trends.
- Previous experience in the video game industry.

Duties

- Create and manage content on social media platforms.
- Encourage community participation on social media and Discord.
- Identify and solve user issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and improve content.
- Maintain effective communication with the community, including conflict resolution and managing negative comments.
- Conduct data analysis and metrics of social media and Discord to optimize community performance.
