Mid/Senior Unity Gameplay Programmer


As a Unity Gameplay Programmer, you'll have a large impact on the development and architecture of our games.


Take control of the whole game's features and components, creating a project architecture that incorporates technological best-practices.

Creating quickly built prototypes to demonstrate game concepts when necessary.

Help game directors and producers to estimate work and participating in feature planning, making effective tool choices and process improvements, identifying and mitigating risks.

Collaborate with producers, designers, artists, QA and others to ensure games are responsive, engaging and runs optimally in terms of quality, responsiveness and performance.

Mentor and assist junior developers to build their skills and maximize the quality of their work through knowledge sharing. Conduct code reviews and participate in the recruiting process for prospective coworkers.

Examples of published games or apps on mobile platforms.

Minimum requirements


You have a proven track record as software developer with a minimum of 3 or 5 (depending on position) years' experience using Unity and C# for 3D games or apps.

You have professional experience developing games or apps on iOS & Android mobile devices, and all aspects of mobile game development. Ability to integrate third-party SDKs and plugins.

You are self-motivated, autonomous and able to lead development efforts with the goal of delivering projects on time.

You have crazy high standards and seek for excellence in everything you do, with an eye for optimization and solid code.

Desired requirements


You have an excellent understanding of the real-time graphics GPU pipeline, shading and post-processing.

You have an excellent 3D math skills & experience with physics based games.

You have understanding of developing various modules like UI, game environment rendering and logic.

You have a deep understanding of profiling & optimization approaches for efficient rendering.
