Lead the technical art team by defining long-term strategies, fostering innovation in art creation, and optimizing pipelines while maintaining high-quality standards. Drive the integration of cutting-edge technologies, coordinate team tasks, and ensure excellence in in-game content, making a significant impact on the game development.
Profound comprehension of contemporary content creation tools and workflows encompassing modeling, texturing, shading, rigging, animation, and lighting.
Robust familiarity with Unreal Engine.
Proven track record of successfully delivering console and PC games on various gaming platforms.
Exceptional technical proficiency spanning various facets of technical art.
Outstanding communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and information exchange.
Proficiency in scripting within Digital Content Creation (DCC) applications or game engines.
A fervent passion for the art of game development.
Contribute to the formulation of technology roadmaps tailored to the specific project requirements.
Strike a harmonious balance between the imaginative vision of the projects and the constraints of the technical budget.
Collaborate closely with team leaders to pinpoint and cultivate art production processes and technologies that align with artists' needs, enabling the creation of high-quality art with limited resources. Additionally, provide technical assistance to the team regarding any art pipeline-related issues.
