We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Producer to join our team in Madrid, Spain!
As a Senior Producer, you will oversee the entire development process of one of Saber Madrid’s projects, from inception to completion. We are looking for a passionate individual who excels at building clear and highly motivating processes and teams. You should possess a deep understanding of the needs, opportunities, and challenges that arise in delivering a AAA video game product. Additionally, you should be adept at proposing innovative ideas and solutions to address these aspects. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are crucial, as you will collaborate with diverse teams and personalities and help mentor other producers working closely with you.

Minimum requirements
? Around 7 years of experience as a Video Game Producer, including the launch of at least one AAA title.
? Proven experience in managing full project life cycle and teams (+70 people).
? Experienced with releasing titles on the main platforms (e.g. PS, Xbox, PC, etc..)
? In-depth understanding of game production, and leading teams from concept to final product.
? Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and executing against milestones.
? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and maintain team morale.
? Adaptability to an organic and dynamic work environment.
? Comfortable taking ownership of a product and making decisions while navigating ambiguity.
? Familiarity with common production tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro).
? Familiarity with common production methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
? Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
? Previous experience managing, guiding, and mentoring other producers.
? Ability to apply creative solutions within business constraints.
? Fluent in English.

? Knowledgeable in additional tools and software (e.g. Airtable, Unreal 5).
? Fluent in Spanish.
Duties
? Define, organize, and manage the production pipeline for the assigned project, ensuring seamless collaboration among multiple disciplines throughout all development stages.
? Have a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and intricacies, identifying opportunities and potential bottlenecks, and planning accordingly.
? Collaborate with department leads, and closely with the game director, to prepare and schedule tasks, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and with the highest standards.
? Create, follow up, and refresh milestone plans tailored to Saber Madrid’s workflow.
? Establish effective information flow, ensuring clear communication to all impacted areas and team members.
? Foster strong relationships with discipline leads, acting as a supportive ally and facilitating the production process to alleviate logistical pressures.
? Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the production team.
? Anticipate and communicate risks to project development, proactively proposing solutions to keep the project on track.
