For our office in Mallorca, Spain we are looking for a project /office manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing projects preferably in software development. You also have a strong sense of responsibility to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

Our offices are in the Netherlands (HQ) and Spain. Currently we are developing a golf game.
Minimum requirements
What will you bring with you:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business management, Project Management, Scrum/Agile or equivalent relevant years of experience,
• Proven working experience (3+ years) as a project manager,
• Understanding of Microsoft Office and project applications, preferably Jira,
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment,
• Proficiency in written and spoken English,
• Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills,
• A good mood every day.

Duties
What will you be doing:
• Convert highover project plans into detailed realistic project tasks,
• Ensure resource availability and allocation,
• Deliver projects on time within budget and scope,
• Monitor and track progress and escalate issues,
• Facilitate the project team members from design, art and programming,
• Report to and communicate with our main stakeholders.
