Requisitos mínimos

- Proved experience creating and maintaining product vision and roadmap prioritizing opportunities based on business value, and executing via incremental feature launches
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Experienced within the free to play industry
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Analytical skills
- Experience working with complete software lifecycle and software release decisions
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Expertise working directly with clients and managing stakeholders spectations

Responsabilidades

- Providing product vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the product and create requirements
- Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
- Track and analyze product performance metrics with exceptional experience driving data-based decisions
- Lead the team to make the best decisions
