User Acquisition Manager


We are seeking a User Acquisition Manager to join our Growth Team in Barcelona.

Requisitos mínimos


What We're Looking For

About You

- Experience in Mobile User Acquisition is a must (Gaming is an advantage)

- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Calculated Formulas)

- Experience working with Measurement partners

- Highly analytical, self-motivated and a team player

- Autonomous worker with excellent time management skills

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Data-Driven mindset and Creative thinking, with an ability to read & understand data.

Responsabilidades


What You'll Do

Responsibilities and Duties

- Experience working on Social Channels (TikTok, Meta, Snapchat etc)

- Understanding of measurement (Skan, Payback etc)

- Design, create, manage and optimize UA campaigns for our mobile games

- Deep-dive into the details of ongoing performance analysis, creative & targeting A/B tests with its accounts housekeeping

- Collaboratively work with various teams within the broader organization

- Conduct competitive and macro-level research by staying informed on industry changes that impact the overall success of our media buying

- Identify, develop and analyze key performance indicators

- Run on-going A/B testing on different activity parameters

- Provide creative copy suggestions and advert ideas
