Good knowledge of 3D art pipelines (from asset creation to final implementation in-game).
Experience overseeing multiple art disciplines (2D, 3D, UI, etc.) within a game team.
Experience working on projects with teams, understanding how art production works in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment (even if you weren’t the sole decision-maker).
Ability to communicate clearly with both artists and non-artists.

Hands-on experience creating 3D assets (environments, props, lighting, shaders).
Proven track record of shipping high-quality games with a cohesive artistic direction.
Experience with lighting, shaders, VFX, or technical art.
