We are looking for a Senior Unreal Engine Developer with strong expertise in backend architecture and/or graphics programming to help shape the next generation of immersive interactive experiences. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges across gameplay systems, networking, rendering pipelines, and scalable online infrastructure.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment, contributing to both core engine systems and player-facing features.

Minimum requirements
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of professional experience with Unreal Engine development
• Strong C++ programming skills and solid experience with Unreal Engine architecture
• Experience shipping commercial Unreal Engine projects
• Strong understanding of multiplayer systems, networking, replication, or backend integration
• OR strong graphics/rendering expertise, including shaders and GPU optimization
• Excellent debugging, profiling, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
• Strong communication skills in English
Strongly preferred
We are especially interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:
Backend / Online Systems
• REST APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, or backend integrations
• Database technologies and scalable backend systems
Graphics / Rendering
• Graphics programming and rendering pipelines
• HLSL shader development
• Unreal rendering systems, materials, post-processing, and optimization
• GPU/CPU profiling and performance tuning
• Experience with modern graphics APIs or rendering techniques
You are a self-motivated and highly organized person, capable of working independently and with in-office and remote team members to meet deadlines and milestone requirements.

Duties
What will you be doing:
• Develop and implement new gameplay features within the Unreal Engine to deliver exceptional user experience,
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and helping co-programmers to create optimal, scalable solutions for game design challenges,
• Debug, optimize, and ensure software stability and security in the game''''''''s engine,
• Integrate assets from the art and design teams, ensuring they meet the necessary technical requirements,
• Write clear, maintainable, portable, and highly functional code,
• Provide input during the design process and contribute to the overall game concept and playability,
• Maintain and enhance the Unreal Engine as required for the game’s development.
