About the Role We are seeking an experienced Lead LQA Game Tester to spearhead teams of native-speaking linguistic testers while ensuring the highest localization standards across different videogame projects. You will serve as the primary technical and linguistic point of contact between the testing team and clients.

Minimum requirementsRequired - English fluency. - 3+ years of QA experience. - Competent with Jira and other bug tracking tools. - Strong collaborative skills for managing team chats and reporting daily progress to stakeholders. - Well organized with strong attention to detail. Desired requirementsRecommended - Fluency in another language. - Translation studies or similar. - 1+ years in videogame LQA. - Familiarity with Google Suite. - Experience with story-heavy or text-heavy genres (RPGs, Adventure games). DutiesKey Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate teams of native-speaking linguistic testers. - Test in your own native language to lead through example. - Provide constructive feedback and quality vetting for junior tester submissions. - Oversee the reporting of all linguistic bugs, ensuring every report includes precise summaries and detailed steps to reproduce. - Manage tester workload and track project hours. - Develop and maintain LQA Testing Plans, outlining string priority and pointers for finding specific game content. - Assist with the use of console commands and debug tools to pinpoint and report exact string locations. - Act as the final gatekeeper for export files, ensuring formatting integrity for client delivery. - Communicate professionally with clients, ensuring clear, timely, and effective interactions.
