Overview:
Digital Legends Entertainment studio is looking for someone to work in our Information Technology (IT) department.

Requisitos mínimos

Key Technologies:
Windows Active Directory, VMware, vSphere, Firewall and network troubleshooting, VPN, Windows Server, MacOS.
Must have expertise on:
- Applicants must have minimum 3 IT years’ experience.
- Windows Domains (Windows Server/Active Directory infrastructure; DNS; DHCP, etc)
- W10 install and troubleshooting in a domain environment
- Hardware assembling and troubleshooting.
- LAN and WIFI systems knowledge
- Good level of understanding and speaking English
- Helpdesk troubleshooting. Tier I-III.
- Native OSX troubleshooting

Good understanding of the following:
- OSX in a Windows domain environment;
- Strict software license management;
- General software-hardware troubleshooting;
- Preventive maintenance;
- Mail account creation and management (Office365 desirable).
- Good knowledge of backup terms and procedure
- VPN (through Fortinet devices desirable);
- VMware and vCenter environment.
- Security management (fileserver; user account creation and permission management using GPO’s)

Requisitos deseados

- Scripting knowledge.
- Advanced Unix Knowledge.
- Advanced LAN systems knowledge

The job offered consists of IT support for our development team, solving everyday problems and improving the client infrastructure to operate as efficiently as possible.
The role requires someone to be able to anticipate possible problems and be decisive; someone that is capable to find more than one solution for the same problem, in order to have the solution in place quickly and efficiently.
